Rasheed Abou-Alsamh is Blogs Editor for The National's website.
He was a senior editor at Arab News in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for 20 years before joining The National. He blogs at Rasheeds World on Blogspot and has written for The New York Times, the Christian Science Monitor and The Washington Times.

Rob McKenzie is production editor at The National. Before that he was TV critic and arts blogger for the National Post (Canada). He lives in Abu Dhabi with his wife and daughter.

Ann Marie McQueen is a revise editor for The National having her first experience living and working outside Canada. She most recently worked as a senior/writer columnist for the Ottawa Sun, a daily newspaper in the capital, and also covered trends and kept a popular blog for the Sun Media newspaper chain.

Anna Seaman is one of the senior reporters on the National team, working on UAE stories covering a variety of subjects. Anna used to work at the Daily Mail in London as a feature writer and before that she was employed by one of the biggest UK press agencies as deputy features editor. She has been living in Abu Dhabi since January 2008.

Rym Tina Ghazal is a senior reporter at The National, where she covers politics, royal activities and features. She has worked as a reporter in the region for seven years, and has covered the recent Iraq and Lebanon wars. Before moving to the UAE, she worked at The Daily Star where she covered assassinations, bombings, and did investigative pieces on such topics as mass graves and missing persons. She received her masters in Journalism from Carleton University in Canada.
